Milestone achieved. Avenue-des-Bois has been opened for traffic recently. Avenue-des-Bois is the continuation of highway 440 (which ends at the highway 13 intersection) going westward. Before, Avenue-des-Bois was a dead end when it reached the Saint-Dorothée commuter parking. It will be interesting to see if the city of Laval or the provincial government will install some kind of rapid transit on this road heading towards the Laval downtown. Time will tell.
