Description: CP ES44AC 8840 and CP AC4400CW 9750 lead a huge freight across the viaduct. The rear holds a GREX MoW car #2400, along with GREX hoppers numbered in order from 2401 - 2415! Where this locomotive sits, was the old Main line that ran past the station, and this is where the old Lethbridge yard was located, before being relocated near Kipp, Alberta, to make way for the city's largest mall, Park Place Mall. Description: A very smoky AC4400CW and SD40-2f lead a train out of Moose Jaw and past the P&H elevator. I've shot very few SD40-2f units, largely because the only units in Prince Albert on CP were RS23s and CP hasn't been in my neck of the woods since 1991. Since by my reckoning the SD40-2fs will be all off roster by close of 2013, I'm glad I shot this.

Description: Two SD90MACs fly by Morse's Pioneer elevator in late 2011. All remaining SD90MACs were retired from CP a year later. A failure of a locomotive, plagued by mechanical issues, it was easy to compare the SD90 to the failings of the SD50 that brought EMD down from the king of loco builders.
